Happy Father's Day! Greg is such an awesome dad! Ashlynn and Mitch adore him so much, he is the BEST!! He truly does so much for our family!!! Thank you for everything...WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!

Chipman's Annual Block Party

It was another great year at the good old annual block party! It seemed like everyone was enjoying themselves! At first Mitch wasn't sure what to think of everyone at HIS grandma and grandpa's house, but he eventually got used to it and was having a FUN time with all the kids!! It is always so much fun to see people I haven't seen in awhile, its kind of like a fun reunion!!! Thanks to my mom, dad and of course the committee for always doing such a great job at putting this all together....we all appreciate it!!

Huck Finn Day....

This is one of the events that Mandy is in charge of for Strawberry Days. It is so much fun for all the kids. They have so much to do. Lets see, they have the donut walk, REAL fishing, face painting, games, pony rides, a pet show and so on! Each year it seems like there are more and more people...SO FUN!

Pie Eating Contest...

Okay, so here is another event Mandy is in charge of. Crazy, I don't know how she does it!! I asked Mitch if he wanted to eat a piece of pie...well of course, HELLO!! He didn't win, well he actually cheated because he used his hands but what did he care, he got to eat some pie!! Ashlynn and Brooke didn't want to be in the contest...too MESSY, I totally understand!!! Bridger and Sami went for it in each of their age groups, they didn't win but it was REALLY close for both of them!!!

The Carnival....
After the pie eating contest we went to ride some rides at the Carney!!! That's all the kids had been wanting to do from the minute we drove by as they were setting it up! The Parker's met us there and the kids had a BLAST!

The Parade...
Last but not least, the PARADE! It rained on our parade this year, hahaha! Luckily we had our umbrella's and blankets. Usually it is so HOT at the parade, not this year. It's kind of weird to see the kids in jackets. We still had a fun time, and luckily it didn't rain too hard, just a couple of rain bursts!

I thought this was so cute, Mitch loves to help his dad mow the lawn. He just was SO tired!!

Ashlynn's friend Bridger had just gotten home from his soccer game and she was just leaving for one of her dance competitions...aren't they cute!!

Our Bubble Gum Machine Craft....

On the last day of school Tanalyn and I decided to make a craft with the kids...YES, what the heck were we thinking!! It turned into an all day project, but the ending products did turn out really CUTE...if I do say so myself!!! I do have to give a BIG THANK YOU to Tanalyn for letting us come over and make a HUGE mess in her garage AND letting us use her scrapbook paper and glue, OH and for the DARLING idea...so THANK YOU!! We did have a BLAST! I just wish I would have taken pictures of us making the craft as well as the ending product! My nephew Bridger was in the hospital when we made these, so Tanalyn made him a cute sports one and we took it over to him...he LOVED it!!

Ashlynn's Dance....

Ashlynn had a FUN year of dance! I can't believe how fast it zoomed by! She has amazed me by how much she has grown this year. She is becoming such a great little dancer, well in my eyes anyways!! :) It has been so fun to go and watch her at the competitions, her dance group did AWESOME. They are darling little girls!

Ashlynn and Mitch's Family Party...

One nice thing about having both Ashlynn and Mitch's birthdays in April is we get to celebrate them together with family! We went to Costco for the birthday cake, I let Ashlynn pick witch one she wanted. You can't see it very well in the picture but she chose the "Golf" cake!! Nice, I thought maybe the rainbow cake or even maybe the balloon cake but no, no she wanted the golf cake!! Ashlynn waited patiently all day for her "family" party! All she wanted to do was open presents...well of course, isn't that the best part!!! They both got great gift and both where very happy with everything! Thank you family (yes, Parker's you are family) for all your love and support, we truly appreciate and love you so much!

Happy Birthday Ashlynn...

Ashlynn turned 6 on April 15th. Okay, I am going to say it again and again...where does the time go! I honestly can't believe she is 6 already....WOW!! She is getting so big. She is definitely my good helper and a good big sister to her brother, well most of the time!! :) As most of you may know she is a HUGE daddy's girl. If Greg is around I really don't exist! She has him wrapped around her finger...imagine that!! I am so proud of her and all her accomplishments so far...she really is a sweetheart!!

For her friend birthday party she had been insisting on going bowling for months! It actually was a great idea, the kids seemed to have a great time and Ashlynn loved it!! Thanks to my mom and Mandy for helping drive the kids it worked out great!
